Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in prominent organisations, including Emirates NBD Bank, HSBC and PrimeXM DMCC. Gary has extensive expertise in payments and cash management, treasury, operations, client relationship management, and business process re-engineering.

With a proven track record of operational excellence, Gary excels at navigating regulatory challenges, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance business performance and customer experiences.

More recently Gary has worked directly with businesses, driving key initiatives in finance, HR, and client support, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and client satisfaction. Gary is passionate about exceptional customer service and is always anticipating client needs, building long term relationships, which in turn has led to an unparalleled network both in Dubai and Internationally.
