CEO and Founder of Alexander Johnson Group
Alex has worked in the real estate industry for over two decades, where he has built a highly successful career and reputation based on integrity, professionalism and a loyal client base through his unparalleled service and expertise in investment strategies.
He has a deep understanding of the Dubai market, a keen eye for lucrative property investment opportunities, and a commitment to providing bespoke solutions to his clients. Alex is a skilled negotiator with an in-depth understanding of Dubai’s laws and regulations, ensuring seamless transactions and peace of mind for his clients.
Prior to moving to Dubai, Alex owned a successful real estate company in New York and a software company in Texas. He reinvested his business expertise and wealth in Dubai, recognising the city’s immense potential, founding Alexander Johnson Group.
Alex’s team are established business professionals with leadership backgrounds at FTSE 100 companies with specialism’s ranging from operations, governance and regulation to sales, finance and negotiations. They bring genuine experience of living, working, and owning real estate and businesses in Dubai. Between the team, they also speak over 6 languages
GARY BOON

Gary Boon is a highly accomplished business executive with over 35 years of experience in the banking, financial services, technology and real estate sectors.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in prominent organisations, including Emirates NBD Bank, HSBC and PrimeXM DMCC. Gary has extensive expertise in payments and cash management, treasury, operations, client relationship management, and business process re-engineering.
With a proven track record of operational excellence, Gary excels at navigating regulatory challenges, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance business performance and customer experiences.
More recently Gary has worked directly with businesses, driving key initiatives in finance, HR, and client support, resulting in significant improvements in efficiency and client satisfaction. Gary is passionate about exceptional customer service and is always anticipating client needs, building long term relationships, which in turn has led to an unparalleled network both in Dubai and Internationally.
He has lived and worked in Dubai since 2002, serving as a key figure in the financial services industry across the EMEA region.
